When you book or enquire about a treatment, Claire will collect your name, contact details, and any information you choose to share about your skin, health, or preferences so that treatments can be carried out safely and suited to you.

This website is a static brochure site — it does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising technology. No personal data is collected automatically when you browse it.

How we use your information

• To arrange, confirm and carry out treatments safely.
• To remind you of upcoming appointments (by text, call or email).
• To keep basic treatment records where required by insurance or good practice.

Sharing

Claire does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Records may be shared with insurers or regulators only if required by law.

How long we keep it

Client records are retained for up to seven years after your last appointment, in line with industry and insurance guidance, then securely destroyed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to see a copy of the personal information Claire holds about you, to ask for corrections, or to ask for it to be deleted (subject to the retention period above). To make a request, contact Claire using the details above.
